Company Update 
 
The look and feel of Cloud Networx is much different than it was 10 years ago. Example: End of 2011 (our 1st year in business) we billed 33 customers. In 2015 we gained 198 new clients, a major difference for sure. Going into 2020 we actively supported 450+ clients ( Active = billed the last 24 months). 
 
First of 2015 we dove head first back into School Communications. After renewing a relationship with Bogen Communications (that was created by our founder's family business Johnson Communications in 1995), Cloud Networx quickly picked up 46 schools requiring intercom support.(today over 70 schools). In 2016 Bogen awarded us all of the Upstate of SC & part of Western NC. A total of 28 counties were assigned to Cloud Networx for school intercom support. Service in our School Intercom department remains strong as we keep a full inventory or Bogen, Valcom, Viking & TOA parts required to deliver quick responsive service as promised for over 30 years.
 
Commercial Paging deployments continue to increase every year. Older paging solutions requiring repairs or expansion is not a problem for our team. 2020 became our largest year in paging deployments ever. Cloud Networx can deploy any size overhead paging environment better than any contractor in our area. We know paging!
 
2016 - 2019 we averaged 8 new clients every month. Telephone systems, carrier systems, overhead paging and data cabling / fiber optic cabling are our main offerings . Our closure rate has remained over 90% because of our loyalty.. Remaining dedicated to phones, paging and connectivity for 30 years has paid off.
 
The creation of our Refurb Lab Center has enabled us to deliver "Like New" and new phone systems & repair parts faster than any other vendor in our area. Today our Refurb Center normally stocks 25+ phone systems, 200+ phones and tons of port cards. We recently added paging & intercom parts that are tested and warrantied just like new. Secondary solutions that you can buy or rent.
 
In 2015 we launched our "in house" Cloud Funding allowing our clients "same as cash" terms for phone systems, expansions & major repairs. 2017 we also introduced our Cloud Funding to private schools needing financial help to improve their classroom communications. 100% funded by the profits of Cloud Networx.
 
As of 2020 Cloud Networx funds payments for industrial overhead paging purchases. We are so secure in our ability to deliver clear paging that we will allow you 60 months to pay for it (at 0%). Our money talks!

2020 & 2022 to help our clients survive the "Covid Crisis", Cloud Networx has waived over $20,000 in service & hardware charges. The intent is to provide even more than our customer expect during a time business is restricted. Doing the right thing is the biggest part of our business model.
